We all have a role to play in the game of life.We are needed elsewhere in space.We through thousands of years of being sent to earth are to acquire knowledge for our individual particulate essence as we strive to learn to work together in space.We are all on a mission.The mission is to train our kind on earth to achieve skills and talents in the physical to be part of the overall metaverse.The world is simply one planet of many that has been sent essences to be enhanced.We are each an individual unit that is to learn to survive in the physical so we can accomplish more in space.Here on earth we learn to survive the elements. We learn to exist while living in the atmosphere and elements provided us.This is part of the overall accomplishments as an individual or particulate in the larger metaverse.We are just now waking up our humanity to the fact that there is life after earth.There is more in space and this is where we are supposed to be. We are to achieve greatness and learn that we are here on earth to learn about how to gain access to space and to return home once again.For those that come to earth and do not make it to space in the physical in there life existence as a human then they leave and begin again. It is an arduous and daunting task.Those in the past on earth have come and gone before. Some in the future will remember their past lives on earth, in order that they can gain access to the memories so that they will discover that they have been before and will live again.There is a reason for all things, and all life has a season.We are to learn to be brave and to learn about how we are to survive on this planet so that we can go out, explore other planets, and inhabit them.There are some of us that have been sent back to earth in the past to do what we can to assist others achieve the higher levels of being while on earth. We have the inner being and the outer knowing. Sometimes, while we are in a learning process we forget and lose our way.Some of this is part of the way it has been planned so that we can be allowed to learn more of how to achieve satisfaction at a higher level of existence.There are ways we can achieve being and the most important part of being on earth is to learn, and achieve wisdom on the inside and manifest the physical attributes on the outside. There is an inner wisdom that we are to portray on the outside while living and existing with others. If we an achieve this goal and provide a peaceful means of support and synergism while here then we can prove ourselves worthy to achieve greatness as part of the whole survival of a species in space.We become those who in space are taken to new planets to survive, explore, and achieve forming new civilizations so that we can reach out further while the metaverse expands.We at present are embarking on a journey into space. This is our largest overall mission to achieve our goals together and to focus on what is important.
A large asteroid can hit at this planet anytime and we would be left without a home planet. The memories are returning to allow us to expand our awareness and education as to how we are to manage to work together to head back into space.
This is the mission of the Ascension Center. It is time now on earth for all of us to work together to achieve one of our final goals at this time of our evolution in space.Ascension is what some of our greatest teachers in the past have taught us. Some of us were aware but we did not have the education. We have to learn how to use our whole system provided by the 46 intelligent being species that have provided part of themselves to create our DNA.
We are part of the future intelligent being species that will inhabit other planets in in galaxies in universes in the metaverse.

If you want to make sure you get enough sleep on Tuesday night, you might have to get to bed earlier. You don’t have to adjust your schedule by much: about 1.26 millionths of a second ought to do it. According to a NASA scientist’s computer modeling, that is how much an Earth day should have been shortened by the subterranean upheaval that triggered the Feb. 27 earthquake in Chile. Some basic physics explains why. (See pictures of Chile’s massive earthquake.)
Every point on the planet takes the same 24 hours or so to complete a singlerotation around Earth’s north-south axis, but some points have to move faster than others to spin the full 360° by the one-day deadline. That is because some parts of the planet are much bigger than others, at least in circumference. The Earth’s equator is 24,901 miles around. The perimeter of the Arctic Circle, by contrast, is just 9,945 miles, and if you stand five feet from the North Pole, the circumference you inscribe as the Earth rotates is a scant 31.4 feet.
Yet in all of those places, it still takes 24 hours to complete a single rotation. (The fact that points along the equator move faster than others is the reason NASA and the European Space Agency put their launch pads in Florida and French Guiana, respectively; fire off your rockets in the direction the Earth spins, and you get a free 1,000 miles per hour.)(See the top 10 scientific discoveries of 2009.)
Earthquakes alter planetary speed in two ways. Shifting plates rearrange the distribution of the Earth’s mass, causing it to bulge imperceptibly in spots it did not bulge before and contract in others.
That rearrangement should further shift the Earth’s inclination, or figure axis (the axis around which the Earth’s mass is balanced, which is slightly different from the north-south axis around which the Earth rotates) — in the case of the Chile earthquake, by about three inches. The law of conservation of angular momentum, however, requires that even under these exigent circumstances, the Earth’s angular momentum stays constant, which means the planet must step on the gas (or the brake) to accommodate shifting mass. The same thing happened in 2004 with the 9.1 Sumatran earthquakes that triggered the tsunami.
That earthquake should have shifted the Earth’s figure axis by 2.76 inches and shortened its day by 6.8 millionths of a second, according to computer models.If the physics seems a bit arcane, consider that you probably spent much of the past two weeks seeing the angular-momentum principle in action — at least if you watched the Olympics. Earthquakes change the Earth’s rotation the same way a twirling figure skater changes hers — by extending or tucking her arms in, for instance, to slow down or speed up accordingly. The only difference is that the skater does so decidedly more elegantly.

Most of us probably would prefer to now not have to deal with politics.

This is how we are accused of being ostriches and sticking our heads in the sand. Not a good way to be on an evolving planet that is traveling through space and the space-time continuum.

There are groups of us born in America who is referred to as the Baby Boomers. We are all born to those people who were the survivors of the hard times during the wars World War II, the Korean War, and The Depression.

We are not approaching what was going to be our twilight years. This is part of the way we structured life on earth in the past when the American Dream was still affordable. Now, well, those of us that are way over the hill may have to consider becoming the entrepreneurial spirit for the future of our planet.

It appears we are going to have to pull ourselves up by our bootstraps and become those who can assist in saving the planet. There are many of us born around the time of the Roswell crash July 4, 1947. We are they that bring the hope to those who have none. Faith, hope, and charity are we. We are the challenged generation who once were about what is now termed the “Hippy Generation of Change”. We saw the world in a different perspective. We ventured to think outside the box.

Jesse Ventura was on Larry King Live television show. Jesse has a new book that will share some views on conspiracies in America. One thing I thought was interesting was the fact that Jesse is an Independent as am I. My spouse, Thomas R. Morris, Author/Artist, is also an Independent. We are Americans first and vote for the person and not the party when it comes to elections.

Jesse is supporting the new way to get us in America out of debt. That is with the taxation of “Mary Jane”, from the hemp plant, Marijuana, which is a medicinal herb to many of the Hippy Generation. Jesse likened marijuana to that of those who were beer drinkers at the ball games but without the hangover. Some swear that the good outweighs the bad. Cannot be any worse than the side effects on all the prescription drugs we are allowed to take manufactured by the pharmaceutical companies. Jesse proposed the fact that we could tax the sell as in the “Sin Taxes”. Canada has used sin tax to assist in paying for their health care system. Jesse brought up the fact that Hawaii has a health care system for their state. California has been growing marijuana and selling it for years with a doctor’s prescription.

No one likes to pay taxes in the world. The taxes are to maintain order in chaos in our government. In other words, we all decided at one time we wanted government personnel in administrative positions to maintain order and to share in the functions of rules and regulations for our democracy that we call government. However, we need to pay for the cost.

In the past, our governments have not been run efficiently. We grew fast in the 20th Century. Our infrastructure is in need of repair and is becoming outdated. This will take funds to assist out federal government and out states would like some assistance from our federal government. Therefore, we impose federal and state taxes.

Tax is a compulsory contribution or payment, usually in the form of money, levied according to law upon a person for the support of government. Alternatively, for the promotion and regulation of social objectives.

Tax must be for public purpose and it must be uniform upon all taxpayers or given class. The taxes are levied without the reference of the benefits that an individual taxpayer receives. The taxpayer may influence and enhance the government through consideration of both benefit and ability to influence tax policies. However, there is a catch in all the taxations to pay for our countries government.

Congress is forbidden to tax reports, to levy direct taxes unless appointed among the States according to population except for income taxes. Congress is forbidden to expend the fund raised by taxation for purposes other than the common defense or general welfare; or to show a preference for the ports among the various and different state. This in effect means that taxes must be uniform throughout the states and incorporated territories.

Taxation without representation is tyranny. An American rallying cry in the period before the Revolution was based on the theory that only colonial assemblies could levy taxes. The tax base is used as the unit of taxation of a taxpayer for annual net income, the value of property, or of a decedent’s estate, or the number, weight, volume, or value of articles of a certain kind.

The Tax Court of the United States was created in Congress in 1924 as the Board of Tax Appeals, which hears and decided cases appealed by taxpayers from the decisions of the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue.

Americans are taxed in order to finance governmental activities needed to run a country. Being fair about paying taxes are generally based on the benefits received and the ability to pay. The President of the United States has suggested that those with the ability to pay should pay more. The present income tax base is suggested that those who create income of $250,000.00 or more and report such should pay more taxes to assist the government exist. This is not favorable since all people receive the benefits whether they are young, old, sick, poor, rich, or in good health, or dying. We are all dying from the time we are born so that does not wash. Although, many people who are Christians in America do observe the need to take care of those who are young, ill, and old. This has been our American way. However, those who are not too young to work, to ill to work, or too old to work are considered part of the world’s working class in America.

We are working on the future of the world’s infrastructure. Other countries in the world have been taking advantage of our American jobs overseas. They have been able to take advantage of corporations that have been creating jobs globally such as Caterpillar. Jim Owens the President/CEO of Caterpillar has a thought process and education as an Economist. Jim has done an excellent job of sharing how one should run a government the way that corporations are run with the budgets and bottom lines understood and the benefits of net income to be shared by the investors and stockholders, as well as, the employees who benefit from having a job.

Jim Owns knows that no one likes taxation and that we must have out government sustained not just in America but also around the world in governments. This man is one of many brilliant men in the world that can assist in the new ways of the future infrastructure for all on planet earth. We should listen to him about how he has assisted the Caterpillar Corporation in the global market. It is time that we all learn to listen from those who are already a part of a working model.

We have personal income that individuals are required to pay on their earnings. The personal income tax is the Federal Governments largest single source of revenue and a major source of all the State Governments revenue.

Sales Taxes are the tax added to the retail price of goods and services such as the General Sales Tax.

Excise Taxes are selective sales tax that is a state tax levies against certain and specific items such as what we refer to as “Sin Taxes” on such goods as tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and possibly in the future marijuana.

Since America was founded based on the Christian Faith of those who came to America seeking relief from religion persecution it seems only right that we allow those who desire to use marijuana to be allowed to purchase this legally and we as Americans can all reap the benefits from the taxes as income for the Federal Government. I am not a smoker of any kind of tobacco or hemp nor do I consume alcohol, but, I do not see any difference in us legalizing marijuana from that of tobacco and alcohol. We have some drugs that may need to be outlawed that are legal already. Maybe the federal government needs to propose a bill for health care with care for those who need it and have no ability to pay based on age and illness. Then allow the “Sin Taxes” pay for those who need health care. We can have various levels of health care packages the same way we have various consumer products. Like cars at the Cadillac pricing versus the cheapest conservative car like my Ford Taurus.

I am a boomer and use to drive a Cadillac but now I drive a ten year old Ford Taurus. My American Dream needs some help from other Boomers.

The global community is expanding in awareness. We are all aware of the fact that we must be smart about how we plan our future. We are aware of our past mistakes and plan to correct them.

The first thing we are going to do is work on a world information network infrastructure.

There are ways we can assist our CEOS of the world in both the civilian and government. This will include the military battlefield.

There has always been a saying in the “CRITICAL MASS POPULACE” and the “POWERS THAT BE” that we can help ourselves out of a recession by going to war with each other’s.

The “WAR WITHIN” is not necessarily the path of least resistance nor is it profitable for the losers.

The “GAME OF LIFE” has a Battlefield.

Some people believe that the empires were made based on war. Then we have those who believe the best of our world cultures were destroyed by wars. We can look back at Plato and all other Philosophers in our world to see is we still agree with basic philosophies that have been developed over time.

TIME is now a major part of our world in linear time and space-time. We are learning to evolve our awareness about the entire orb that we call home.

We are all searching for something to latch onto to begin digging our way out of the recession we created for ourselves in 2008-2009 and economists are saying we had a 4% rise in our global gross productivity. We are going to begin the 21st century with hopes and aspirations of restructure and rebuilding what we once had throughout time on earth.

We will recognize that we will continue to have to deal with the growth and expansion of Mother Nature and Father Nature’s God.

We will simply have to open our minds to accept order and virtue and allow these words to enter into our global community psyche. Everyone wants the same things and that is health and prosperity. We all want liberty, life and the pursuit of happiness for all sentient intelligent beings.

GLOBAL COMMUNITY PROCLAMATION PROPOSAL

Because we all are drawn in every direction we must realize that there are many levels of our being. We must first learn about our bodies, our minds, and our spirits.

We must learn to provide for ourselves and train our children.

We are important and we train beings on earth.

We are learners and explorers.

We have education on earth and formally in our schools.

We know that before we send our children out to survive on their own to be a citizen of the world that it is our responsibility as universal virtual citizens to teach the truth.

We teach our children in school about citizenship.

We instruct our universal virtual citizens or uvc’s how to become a better person and to be part of the whole world that we refer to as “WE THE PEOPLE.”

There is no “I” in Team is a popular way to say that when one joins others, we think as a team. But, there is no “WE” without the “I” in all of us. So this meaning is pointless unless the importance of each individual unit of the species is treated with admiration and respect. We are universal virtual citizens and our education should not stop as an I person on planet earth and this is where the education stops.

WE must learn to cooperate together as a species on this one planet, in one solar system, in one galaxy, in a cluster, of the web in stellar space. The clusters and super clusters are part of the grid or web in the dark matter. The dark matter has holes.

We know now that our super telescopes tell us we are one galaxy in the vast universe that goes out in our way of thinking for all time and eternity. There is no end in sight.

Therefore, we need to first address our universal virtual reality before we can proceed to meet officially the other intelligent beings from other galaxies.

WE are Universal Virtual Citizens (UVC)s.

Global Proclamation of Universal Virtual Citizens

WHEREAS, our community and communities across America are welcoming many new neighbors,

friends, employees and citizens from countries and cultures throughout the world — people for whom

English is not their native language; and

WHEREAS, Americans have growing social, cultural and economic ties to the global community,

offering great opportunities but presenting new challenges as we seek to communicate with and

understand our international partners from different language and culture backgrounds; and

WHEREAS, studying other languages has been shown to contribute to increased cognitive skills, better

academic performance and a greater understanding of others, while also providing life-long learning

opportunities for people beyond school age; and

WHEREAS, proficiency in other languages enhances Americans´ career opportunities and provides

employers with a workforce with the necessary skills for an international marketplace; and

WHEREAS, foreign language educators are working cooperatively to promote the benefits of language

learning to students, parents, business, industry, health and social services leaders, and policy makers

throughout the nation; and

WHEREAS, language education in the 21st century includes a commitment to the study of long

sequences of world languages beginning in the early grades to enable students to develop the levels of

proficiency needed to effectively communicate with people from other cultures whether at home or

abroad; and

WHEREAS, language educators are urging the public to recognize the value of delivering better

education to our students, of expanding the cultural and literary horizons of adult learners, and of

strengthening America´s position and security around the world;

WHEREAS, our future depends on our total populations survival and understanding the world in which we live with a broader expansion of knowledge, communication, and information in Cyberspace; and

WHEREAS, we recognize that the date, December 21, 2012, 11:11 universal time will pass of over and around this planet and will be the first universal experience of any large global historical recognition,

We desire to send this not only to our President of the United States to discuss with others at the G20 meeting in September, 2009 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but to continue to discuss the entire universal virtual citizens and their new Persona’s in cyberspace on the Internet and World Wide Web.

We desire new economic programs to support financial funding in all our schools and homes in America for future economic and environmental changed for our future to come.

We offer this as a proclamation proposal of all citizens of the world in all locations;

We ask each being on the Internet in Cyberspace to share this level of knowledge with all the citizens that they know, network and communicate information with in their perspective locations on earth. This can be sent to world leaders of both the eastern and western hemispheres,in countries, regions,towns/counties/states of America.

We ask that all languages and knowledge of the entire universe be offered by language education programs in our state and community and to support and

participate in these programs to gain proficiency not only in English, but in other languages as used in the social networks as well.

We acknowledge languages offered for free on the Internet and feel that if a language is used in Cyberspace and on the Internet that it should be taught free of charge on virtual reality with our avatar persona’s recognized in coordination with our computer identification and codes.
