We seek to enlighten our readers and to stimulate their minds. For this reason, we encourage writers of all stripes to contribute to our websites. However, we demand that all submissions be truthful and civil, and that they be free of personal attacks and hate speech. Our editorial voice is evolving, and we want that voice to be inclusive of various opinions and viewpoints, but we will not tolerate the use of our website to publicize profane, hateful or factually inaccurate submissions.
In fulfillment of these generalized goals, we have developed the following author guidelines:
Political Writers.
Our policy prohibits caustic attacks on elected leaders, government officials, politicians, and non-elected (appointed) policymakers. We expect your submissions to be truthful, civil, and well mannered, following the established traditions of polite society and good taste.
If you are not able to write about important issues of the day and, instead, repeatedly make personal or insulting attacks on anyone, your account will be closed.
In addition, if you are unable to provide a source or reference for a questionable statement, your submission will not be published and/or deleted. Do not request an author account with the intention to personally attack, denigrate, or defeat politicians, candidates or propositions because (a) we are not interested and (b) your articles will be deleted. The opportunity to submit articles is a privilege and we request that you treat this opportunity as such.
Repeated violations of this policy will result in your account being closed and your articles deleted. When an article is deleted from our site, it is replaced with a “Page Not Found” message that includes links to other websites in our network, providing our affiliates with additional traffic they would not otherwise receive. So do not waste your time, energy, or money putting articles up on our site when they will be immediately, easily, and gladly deleted when a violation of our policy is established. Only honest, reputable, and legitimate writers should request an account. In some instances, we may demand that a PDF of a verifiable image of your driver’s license and/or other identification be sent to us by email before your account privileges will be extended. Submission of an article does not guarantee publication.
We may refuse to publish articles for any reason. Submission of work for publication constitutes that you have read and agree to abide by our Author Agreement. If you are unable or unwilling to abide by this policy, then do not submit work to us because we do not want your articles on our site. If you believe a particular article on the site violates our Editorial Board Contributor Policy, please inform the editors using our Reader Feedback page and please identify the author, article title, article number, and paragraph.
Promotional Writers.
We are delighted if you wish to submit a variety of articles about your products, services, or websites with our family of online magazines, and you are certainly welcome to do so. Legitimate articles about legal and honest products or services are welcome. Moreover, you may include a few active links in your articles to your websites for the specific purpose of promoting your products or services. However, we will not tolerate the submission of plagiarized articles, copyright violations, or the spamming of our site with articles that duplicate articles previously submitted to us for creating countless active links on our websites to your websites.

Copyright Violations.
You are responsible for the content of your articles. Do not submit articles that violate the copyright of others. If you quote from other articles make sure that you cite the article properly using html code, a reference in the text, or a footnote.

You may submit opinion or feature articles that disagree with our contributors; however, you may not denigrate them. Do not request author bylines with names that are not truthfully your own. In some instances, we may demand that a PDF of a verifiable image of your driver’s license and/or other identification be sent to us by email before your account privileges will be extended.
All articles must be full-length feature articles with a minimum of 300 words.
Please visit our Author Information page to learn the distinction between articles and blogs.
Please do not submit blogs to your article account.
Conclusion. If you disagree with our policy prohibiting hate speech, vitriol, and caustic attacks on others, or if you disagree with any of the classifications identified above, or if you disagree with any of the demands made in this policy statement, then do not submit work to us. If you think your submission may reasonably be considered hate speech, vitriol, caustic, or prejudicial by anyone who may read your article, including people who might be “too sensitive,” then do not submit that work either because we are simply not interested.
